* I understand that declining travel insurance may result in loss of travel investment and/or personal liability in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
* I accept full responsibility for any financial loss that may result from my decision to decline travel insurance.
* I understand that Pink Skies Travel with Kim and its agent are not liable for any expenses incurred due to travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or any other losses.
